Step 1 of 3: Confirm Your Identity

Before you can register for an account, we need to confirm your identity. A red asterisk (*) indicates that the field is required.

Identification

The information you provide must match your Manitoba Public Insurance personal account information that we currently have on record.

Note: If the information currently on file on record with Manitoba Public Insurance is incorrect, you will have to visit your Autopac agent with supporting documentation and have this information updated.

Select one of the following types of identification:
I have a Manitoba driver's licence or identification card, and am providing my document number from that card.

Verification Check

The verification check prevents automated registrations. You can do the following:

  • Enter the text that you see in the image (enter both words separated by a space)
  • Click the Audio icon (Audio) to hear a recording, and then enter the words that you hear
  • Click the Refresh icon (Refresh) to generate a new combination

* Enter both words above, separated by space.

The information entered will be validated against the information we have on file to confirm your identity.
